Nanocrystalline Cores

The nanocrystalline cores are made of B PLUS high-permeability nanocrystalline ribbon. We can meet the customer’s different requirements about the core products through selecting the appropriate nanocrystalline ribbon to manufacture the cores and adjusting the heat treatment process. The cores made of B PLUS ultra-thin nanocrystalline ribbon can reach an ultra-high permeability of higher than 32,000 at the frequency of 100kHz, which is very suitable for high-end choke applications in the frequency band above 100kHz. This can significantly reduce the volume of the chokes and improve their performances at higher frequencies. Application Scenarios With excellent high-frequency performances, they are widely used in the photovoltaic inverters, the power supply, electric drive & electronic control systems of automobiles, the switching power supplies, the frequency converters, the frequency conversion home appliances, the EMC filters and other occasions. Product features - Higher saturation magnetic flux density (Bs) and higher permeability, so that the chokes have higher anti-saturation ability and smaller volume; - Excellent frequency characteristics: maintaining a very high permeability in a wide frequency range; - Excellent temperature stability: maintaining stable performance in the range of -55~130℃; - The magnetostriction coefficient is quite small and the noise is very low.
