Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Alloy Ribbons

BP series amorphous & nanocrystalline alloy ribbon is a kind of soft magnetic material with the shape of thin strip (thickness in the range of 14-22μm) prepared by the method of rapid cooling of molten alloy. This series of products are the new energy-saving soft magnetic material with outstanding comprehensive soft magnetic properties, independently developed and produced by B PLUS. At present, we provide mainly three series of ribbon products according to the requirements of different industries and applications: BP1200 series, BP1400 series and BP1700 series.

Application Scenarios

BP1200 series: Mainly used in the field of high-frequency electronic components, such as high-frequency common mode chokes, differential mode chokes, high-frequency transformers, current transformers, wireless charging, and electromagnetic shielding.

BP1400 series: Mainly used in the field of high-frequency and high-power electronic components, such as high-frequency common mode chokes, differential mode chokes, wireless charging, and electromagnetic shielding.

BP1700 series: Mainly used to replace the traditional amorphous alloy ribbons and silicon steel sheets in the field of medium- and low-frequency components, such as DC magnetic field shielding, transformers, and motors.
