The amorphous or nanocrystalline magnetic shielding sheets in B PLUS are manufactured by laminating the amorphous or (/and) nanocrystalline alloy ribbons and adhesive tapes. Compared with the shielding sheets made of other soft magnetic materials such as ferrite, our products have the advantages of higher Bs, higher permeability, lower core loss, better flexibility, smaller thickness & weight, etc. They can effectively attract the magnetic induction lines into the sheets, so that the magnetic induction lines in space intensively pass through the material, to achieve the effect of magnetic shielding. In wireless charging applications, our magnetic shielding sheets can greatly increase the power of the charging module, and meanwhile reduce the charging temperature rise under the same technical conditions.
